4.5 stars. After my mother fell and broke her hip, she decided that she didn't want to go back to her home. With the help of Sage Senior Care Advisors, we were directed to adult family homes after finding that the larger assisted living facilities weren't the right fit. I recently shared a wonderful musical experience at Evergreen Haven AFH. I noticed that the Staff paid particular attention in taking great care in providing all the services necessary to enhance the well being, comfort, and happiness of the residents. I HIGHLY recommend.

We love Evergreen Haven AFH. After looking around the area at multiple AFH's and larger residential facilities before visiting Evergreen Haven, we fell in love with the place the first time we walked in. We, my siblings and I who rarely agree on anything, all knew instantly mom would be happy there. I think what caught our attention first was the smiles, talking and laughter of the residents. This is a fabulous place for seniors to call home. The care is phenomenal, the staff are so caring and the home is so comfortable, light and airy! I am so happy we found this place for our 95 year old mom! She is very happy here.
