The company refuses to remove their grease trap from my property. I took over the business on 1/1/20 and have been in contact with them multiple times to pick up the grease trap, as I use a new company and the previous owner used them for grease services. The previous owner has been in contact with them as well informing them of the change of hands and requesting it be removed. As shown on the picture below, they claim to offer “prompt & reliable” service.
The company will refuse to honor their own contracts to pay customers for their commodity and will charge for services without customer consent.
