Evergreen hired a subcontractor to complete a job they overbooked, the subcontractor had to purchase materials to complete the job. Now Evergreen is past 60 days from the job completion and the subcontractor is fighting to be paid. These are unethical business practices. Not only is Evergreen a poorly managed company, their practices ensure that the clients properly in this case will have a lien judgment placed on it until payment can be made whole. Do better Evergreen.
The team at Evergreen is one of the best I've ever been a part of. We care about the quality of our work above all else and strive to make each project work we can be proud of for years to come.
Awful - shoddy work. Foam applied without care, shot up into vents and on air handler. Vapor barrier installed OVER construction trash, wood, pieces of insulation…already sweating and damp. We do NOT recommend this firm. We will have to pay someone to fix the mess, if even possible.
