VERY RUDE! I called to find out about the banquet room in taprock and also the event center across the street. The lady was so rude and apparently you have to bank there to rent the room, which the host at taprock was unaware about of and surprised as I f it wasn’t true. Customer service is everything, and they don’t have it!!
Great staff. Very friendly! Did have to wait 10 minutes or so before I was able to get in. But once in, was taken care of. Just the right amount of time to conduct my business.
