I would not recommend Sutherlin or Roseburg Evergreen clinic to anyone. Management denied my provider switch request from a PA-C provider to a DO doctor because of my location. They claimed that a change in provider wouldn’t result in improvement of care even though Im a patient with a more complex condition called Graves’ disease, but to them it didn’t matter. Another healthcare provider requested my records from Evergreen, as I was preparing to eventually transfer due to my insurance. However, I wasn't ready to transfer yet. As soon as they received the records request, the office cancelled my appointments, and removed me from their practice, without telling me. I showed up for my scheduled appointment, and was told I was no longer their patient, and that I couldn't be seen. Staff is good. Administration is absolutely horrible, denied request twice to change provider, then they “fired” me as a patient. No regard for patient well-being. No notification as of yet. I called to get a refill, and was told I was no longer active patient. RUN do not walk .

This place doesn't deserve any stars. The employees treat each other and the patients like crap, saying the f word and every other bad word known to man to patients and the like. It's like kindergarten my mom who used to work there said. Talking extremely rude to her to her face and behind her back. I'm not just doing this because she's my mom but because they treat everyone else this way too and when you called them out on it they say sorry it's just how I talk at home.
