I was appalled by the staff behavior! It was my first time here and definitely my last. During which the two women working at the front gossiped about the clients. One young girl knew they were talking about her saying she's the difficult one and another woman that had just gone into a room they both talked about how she was in for a pregnancy test again. They thought they were quiet, but we could all hear The fact that they discuss a patient's medical in front of others, they should be sued!
I am so happy to hear and relieved to hear that Evergreen Medical Center is closing soon. If the rumors are true that this place is closing because almost no one goes there, then there are several factors as to why this family doctor practice is closing due to lack of business in an environment in which other family doctor practices have wait lists of 10,000 plus patients. They made me to leave this clinic in the worst time middle of pandemic! Sandra was very rude and I had two kids needed family doctor. I remember last time she didn’t book an appointment for my baby boy with food allergy problems just because she didn’t understand what is the point of seeing doctor! I looked everywhere for 2 years to find an available family physician and I am very happy with their service. The doctors here are all great and Sandra is wonderful!! She always goes above and beyond !! Highly recommended!!! Nothing but the best care and treatment for my family and I- Any bad reviews are just garbage - don’t listen to it- so untrue and abusive— staff and Doctors are Amazing!!!
I visited Dr Luk and can't say enough of how friendly and professional he is. The front office staff are super friendly and helpful. It is brand new and super clean. If your looking for a new doctor or walk-inn this is the place to go in evergreen. After dr Luk left. I was lucky enough to have Dr Dixon as my GP. She is amazing Dr and from all the Dr's I have seen over the years she is by far the best I have ever had, I don't understand the negatives on the front desk.
