We have been going to this practice for a very long time. Everyone is always polite, in my experience. My husband and I love our doctors here, who always attend to our medical needs in a swift manner. It is never a problem getting an appointment. The reception area is lovely. Phone calls are always returned, and the patient portal is convenient and very helpful. Having the sports medicine practice in the same building is a perfect and convenient situation! We can’t imagine ever changing!
I have been a Patient here for several years and I have a great relationship with my PCP. It's been Rocky a few times since I have been with my Dr. Sometimes Good & Sometimes Bad. She just had a little Girl at the end of last year and she is very Pretty, Just like her Mom. She still has a lot of learning to do but she does her Best and if she doesn't know the answer to my questions, She will ask one of her Colleagues and come back to the Broom Closet where I was! Absolutely horrible if you ever need to get ahold of anyone in the office. They NEVER answer the phone! You always have to leave a voice message, and they might not call you back! What is your TIME more valuable than mine, I have an important job too! I'd give this place less than 1 star if I could. I will also add, how dumb is it, that this place has partly the same name as Evergreen Sports Medicine and is located at the same place but totally different offices and phone systems.
