I did a prenatal Movement and Mindset workshop with Dr. Sledziewski and it was great! Recommend to anyone looking for some insight around pregnancy, labor/delivery and postpartum. Dr. Sledziewski is so personable and knowledgeable and it was really helpful information as I get ready to have my first baby.
