The staff is always so helpful and polite They understand my hard of hearing and Accept me as I am Very pleasant attitude
Although I have not had my eye surgery yet the preliminary were excellent. Going through the consultation and different test and checks to make sure that the issue affecting my eye is correct before proceeding surgery I thought it was very impressive. The seriousness and kindness of the staff shows true professional to me. I will be recommending evergreen Eye Center to others. Thanks so much
Everyone was wonderful at Evergreen Eye Center. This was my first time here. Dr. John Whitehead is the best eye doctor/surgeon I have ever dealt with. The last doctor I saw was very rude, spent about three minutes with me, and wouldn't answer questions. Dr. Whitehead is very professional, took the time to explain things, and I now have a very clear sense of what's going on with my eyes. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not the doctor. This was my first visit with this doctor and the clinic. First of, the doctor didn't apologize for being late by 40 minutes. Then he didn't look at me for the first 10 minutes. And the meeting lasts for only 16 minutes. I didn't feel being cared for at all.
