My appointment was at 3:10. I arrived at 3:07. I didn't get seen until 3:50. Saw the doctor around 5:00. So, lot of waiting around. Care seems decent. But the wait time is way too long.
There's no direct number to call the clinic if you have a problem with your prescription or have a question, it all goes to a third party customer service company. I have requested to cancel my next appointment but there's no txt/email confirmation after I talked to the third party agent and there's no receipt email sent when I fill out the contact form on their website. And they threaten a $75 no show fee so really hope it is actually cancelled, no way to know I guess. I'll update this review if things were taken care of co... read more
If i could give lower than 1 star I would, what happened today was unnecessary. Please make sure there is parking available for ADA patients and that your staff are trained in compassion and not escalating situations, your staff also need to recognize when a patient is having a Medical episode. Calling the police on a patient that is Diabetic that had his blood sugar drop extemely low and in a wheelchair causing more harm than good. I have been very disappointed in my treatment. I have had 3 visits now and need to find a new Doctor . Dr C did not even recall my previous visit with him. Receptionist asked me if I had ever been there and I said yes, then she no, your here for cataract evaluation. Would not recommend.
I had a last minute urgent need and they were able to get me in same day. Very friendly, professional and service oriented.
