Very friendly staff and doctors.
A very professional and pleasant office. I had a difficult time finding the office because of a farmers market that happens on their street on Thursdays and the street is blocked off and tents made it difficult to see businesses and addresses so I was 20 minutes late for my appointment, but they graciously agreed to see me and not make me reschedule. Be aware if you go there on Thursdays the street will be blocked off to vehicles. The farmers market happens year round.
The staff are so friendly and provide excellent customer service. Office is very pleasant and clean.
This is the 3rd Evergreen Eye Center I have visited over the past 5 years, and my experience has yet to waver. While the doctors deservedly receive the accolades, it is the staff who gracefully greet you and manage your time here that really deserve a shoutout. In my experience, a happy and welcoming staff usually points to a well-run organization and this is where I have chosen to put my trust for eye care. Special thanks to Dr. Matejczyk for reinforcing my confidence in, and dedication to, the team at Evergreen.
