{ lived there but I got out before it turned really bad. I had problems with the manager but I don't lie about a place of business. I have to refute a post that I just read. This place does not hate Hispanics. The Hispanic population when I lived there was about 92%.
I had to live there because since I'm retired. I was the one who had to move to Alabama to take care of my cousin because he has a kidney disease. I had to leave my newly built house in Denham Springs, La. and move to Montgomery, Al. My mom and sister took over the care of my house by renting it to people who passed the screening test. D o not move here at Evergreen Estates. I live near the property manager and he is constantly playing loud Spanish music. Loud music is against the rules so who do I complain to? This place is a haven for illegals. If you want to experience living in a third world country then this is the place for you. illegals are constantly driving drunk and if they hit your car they jump and run away. You can't find them since their license plate is bogus. Please stay away from this place.
Loud music isn't allowed by the tenants, yet the manager is constantly playing loud music. I would not advise anyone to rent or relocate to this hell hole. The manager destroys his neighbor's peaceful living. Who do you complain to about the loud music, the manager? Please don't move here because the manager can do as he pleases.
I have been living in this community for the past 7 years and I have never had any problems with management office. I think that all three previous reviews are probably previous residents that have either been evicted or kicked out. The problem with new comers are that this community has so many stick rules to make new residents keep up their property nice neat. They're out to get your money under the trick "Violation of Lease Terms". It's their interpretation against tenants'. They change lease terms w/o tenants' consent. Change management constantly; passing the buck to the one who just left. There isn't accountability. They've installed Katrina reject trailers; can't lease/sale them, and they want present tenants to bear the brunt. Maintenance is lacking. Tenants get slapped with dumb notices, is ridiculous.
