My second time here. Dr Qureshi and staff the best.
Staff is lovely, personable, and welcoming. Would give 10 stars if I could, thanks for making me as comfortable as possible during my first procedure
I had a great experience here. Matt, the pre-procedure nurse, was so kind and friendly. I was quite nervous prior to my procedure, but he made me feel much better after patiently explaining to me the process and addressing my concerns. Dr. Weng was extremely friendly and also explained everything to me in a very respectful, kind manner prior to the procedure. I had my first experience at Evergreen today. It was a very pleasant visit. After signing in, I was told that my appointment time would be delayed. It turned out not to be as long a delay as they thought. From my first encounter with personel in their a pre op room, to my release, they gave me updates on every step of the operation. That shows they focus on the patients as much as their procedures. I was promptly told of any updates or changes during my waiting times. I requested an all female staff and was greeted by a male nurse which caught me off guard. He said he sees I requested all female and would get one for me. I asked what it entailed and explained that it was to go over the procedure and since I was caught off guard I proceeded with the process. I don’t feel my needs were met even though it was an all female staff for the procedure itself
