All staff I encountered was kind, compassionate and patient. Very understanding and helpful throughout the entire procedure I had done. Couldn't express more gratitude towards them!
Today was my 3rd colonoscopy at this facility and each time it’s been wonderful. Quick service, warm and helpful (and knowledgeable) staff, and the docs have always been thorough in explaining post-procedure items, etc. I have seen numerous negative reviews of this place, but 3 visits over 10 years and they’ve all been excellent. Thank you!! 😃🤙🏻
Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Would recommend getting colonoscopy here to anyone.
I can't speak to the Dr.s and their work behind the scene, but as for being the one waiting for my wife's procedure to end this place is unfriendly, and the worst I've been to. First, if you want to go the bathroom the front desk person directs you to leave the building, walk across parking lot, and go up a flight to use the bathroom. If you struggle walking, too bad. If you have incontinence struggles, too bad. Second, once your loved one goes in for their procedure you are told you cannot remain in the waiting room. You mu... read more
This place does not have a public restroom. You don't get checked in promptly and so you sit in a waiting room for an hour or more instead of being in a hospital bed. The prep was awful. I've had 5 prior colonoscopies with no issues. This time, I got a raging headache, I had a huge stomach ache, heartburn, and I threw up. I've had to wait in the waiting room instead of being able to lie down in a bed. I live 45 minutes away, and their prep required me to get up and drink more solution at 2:30am, so this assured I got about 2... read more
