Great level of communication to make sure all the preparation steps are completed before an appointment.
This is my second time back to this place. Dr. Eng is awesome and so was the whole team. I highly recommend this place. The office is set up nicely and I never had to wait past my scheduled time on the waiting room for my procedure. They take you back, you get dressed for the procedure, they escort you to your bed and put warm blankets on you. Everyone from the front office check-in area to the nurses and doctors... everyone was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable even though I was very anxious... best nap ever.. 😆
