Quick to come out, which was great. Told they’d honor another companies price. Sometime through the service, said they had to go to Home Depot for a part(s). End up getting charged another $500+. Would have been fine if they told us they were going to charge more before they went to get parts and made sure we were okay with continuing with their services. Tell them we were blindsided by this extra charge and they tried to say we gave the okay when we Never Did. They also drilled a hole in the wrong part of the hot tub panel ... read more
