Having all of your affairs planned out ahead of time makes a world of difference when life,,,,and death happens. Don't wait until it's too late, find out now what you need to do and when it needs to be done, especially if you will be facing long term care expenses that will wipe out your estate.
We are standing here waiting to find out who has taken up our case. Again. This is the second time we've lost our case director with this company and again, no one told us. This company has stretched out our very clear probate into almost a year ordeal that has cost us over and over again. When we had problems with an investment company they waited a couple of extra months before they finally decided to assist. Simply, the BEST! Holland is extremely knowledgeable about available options and benefits we were totally unaware of. We had to place my father in assisted living immediately. Her advice enabled my family to move the process along quickly and easily. I would recommend Holland for all elder legal situations. We visited a different attorney before Holland. We paid more money, and the information we received was significantly less helpful.
