I certainly wish I had read reviews before I walked in the door and learned of their unethical, greedy, unprofessional, stonewalling practices firsthand. It took me months of stress, heartache, and correspondence with the BBB, the Attorney General and Visa to work through the stress.

I called them. I had 2 cases I wanted them to look at! Including an inquiry regarding my mom's facility that had a citation from APS. THEY DONT CARE!! NO CALL BACK! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Holland did my dad’s POA when he moved to Spokane from another state. Holland and all her staff were friendly, professional, and compassionate. It took a load off our minds to get some clear and direct answers for his estate and document questions. The POA has been very helpful for me to do errands and business for my dad while he’s locked down during the Covid-19 outbreak. Highly recommended.
