Thanks to Wendy, I have a space to park during my visit. This guy parked on Evergreen Devco visitor parking spot illegally, I glad she helped me find a parking spot and I attended their meeting on time.
Few months ago, I was visiting Evergreen Devco Glendale office to talk about a ongoing project. There is one drunk guy using explicit words and attempting to enter their office. I have to help Wendy to ask him to leave. He keep saying he wants to ask a question, but his question are not related to real estate project. I think he works or visiting an other company at different floor.
I wish I could give evergreen devco negative stars. They are some of the most irresponsible unorganized and overall idiotic people I know. Wendy is untrustworthy and I wouldn’t trust her with any real estate issues. She seems to not understand basic material and even called the police and got her own clients car towed for parking in “their” spot without an aforementioned warning. Completely ridiculous. Stay away at all cost.
