I contacted Evergreen to build stair rails for my home, and a representative came out and said they would do it for me. Then they ghosted me and I never heard back about the job. I guess the job wasn't worth their time, so I finally decided to contact another carpentry company in the area and they've done an amazing job with the railings. I don't think it's professional to ghost potential clients. If you're not interested in taking a job then don't commit to doing it. It's rude and a waste of everyone's time. Justin and his team did a huge remodel project for us and it turned out better than we could have imagined!!! They took out a wall, replaced all of our flooring with hardwoods downstairs, did a full kitchen and half bath remodel all in 6 weeks!! We are blown away with the results!! Although they worked quickly their attention to detail was impressive. The price was fair, and there were no hidden costs. Justin and his team went above and beyond to make our kitchen renovation just as we pictured. Communication was excellent. Justin and his whole crew were very professional and pleasant to work with! A little delay because of a permit issue but the quality of work made it worth the wait. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
