This is by far the worst place I have ever worked. Management was AWFUL. Very rude and disrespectful.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I used to work here.. PLEASE READ BEFORE ADMITTING FAMILY. Residents were neglected. I quit after 4 days. Hear me out. During training you are "hands off" meaning you can not touch residents. My trainer saw a resident in memory care with a dirty brief and refused to change it. The next person came on in 2 hours.. by that time they had a rash. A bad one. We had staff call out. No one wanted to come in so we were short staffed.. I'm talking 20+ people to one HCA. I’ve had a few family members and close family friends at this facility and have always been happy with their care. It is such a home like atmosphere and all of them were well cared for.
I have love one in this facility and the staff was so helpful in helping us with this important move. It's hard to have your love one in any facility but it's help to have caring people to be there when I couldn't be. My family has peace of mind because of staff caring ways! It's clean care home, my family member is very well taking care of, room is clean, food is great, meds are always taking care of, and most important their personal body care is especially taking care.
