I love the seedling yoga that I started to take my granddaughter to a few weeks ago. It is absolutely adorable and I love that she loves it. I feel like I get to have quality bonding time with her and making lasting memories. Miss Laura the yoga instructor is amazing. She teaches them to learn to identify movement of different body parts and balance with learning new poses. My three year old loves going to yoga class on Wednesdays! Lauren is really great with all the kids, she is fantastic intertwining yoga with learning. She also has very impressive ways of pivoting when the 2 & 3 year olds need it. It’s not just yoga, she has songs, stories and games included in the hour as well. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with children looking for a fun and enjoyable class to do together!
LOVED the yoga class that I took at Evergreen Counseling! The ambience, the instructor, small class size were perfect and made for a cozy experience. Bought a few more classes and cannot wait to try the other instructors their classes.
I have taken a few classes at Evergreen's yoga studio and loved it!! The space is beautiful, calming and cozy and the teachers do an excellent job at leading unique and rewarding classes. They are non-judgmental and helped me modify poses when necessary. I always leave feeling refreshed and calm. I highly recommend!
Excellent yoga spot. All of the teachers are wonderful. Nice mix of classes. Cozy and always welcoming.
