These people are bias and they cater to certain residents. I understand this is a tax credit property but you need to do your job since you do get paid from the government. If a resident is having issues and because you may favor the one that they are having issues, still do your job. It's illegal and it's not right.

Been at one of their places for many years, and it's been relatively nice and safe. My main issue lies with them raising the rent too much. These places are tax write-offs that have already been paid off, so there isn't a reason for them to raise the rent every year on people who are barely scraping by. Trying to save money? Don't ask for a raise at work because they will raise your rent significantly if you get a raise. You can't get ahead at all. 12/7/22. Had an appointment with manager at 9 a.m. - she did not show up until 9:40 a.m. Had another appointment today at 11 a.m. - she has still not shown. Left message for her and for your Raleigh office. No return calls as of this afternoon. Beaufort Spring in Beaufort , NC is poorly managed and woefully understaffed! We really deserve better and more reliable staff, better communication between tenants and management (i.e. , if you make an appointment and cannot make it, please let us know).
