I love these concrete cutting compan
Jamal arrived on site and asked me for a description of the project. He reviewed the company notes and confirmed the job and the price. He told me it would take 45-60 minutes and he set to work. Jamal was professional, polite, and completed the job in less than 60 minutes. The site he cut is exactly as I requested. He cleaned up meticulously, packed up and thanked me. He accepted payment and provided me with a receipt. Excellent!!!
Very disappointed with this company. We asked them to come out on a Friday. 2 guys stood around for almost 2hrs before starting. (They forgot the correct cord to the grinder) We were asked almost every hour if they can call it quits for the day so they can have an early Friday. I got stuck with a 4 thousand dollar bill for very mediocre service. We do quite a few projects and will be moving on from this company.
