Rookies. They left our new floor creaking and crackling noisily. At the end of the job we found that the installers had cut the boards too short (against the wall end and at the edge of baseboards/trim). As well the overall quality of the installation is questionable, as only one month post-floor-installation there's a constant creaking sound in multiples places throughout the floor. After being paid, complete lack of responsiveness post-floor-installation (regarding warranty and workmanship).
I went with Evergreen because of the following: their perfect 5-star high ratings, the first impression I got that they cared and truly wanted to help, and their detailed consultation. At the end of the job I found that the installers tended to cut the boards too short (against the wall end and at the edge of baseboards/trim).
