I moved into this apt. 1 month ago. The rent charged justified my expectations that it would meet or exceed standards. I was mistaken. Shortly after moving in my housebroken dog started "marking" rooms. I found out from maintenance there had been another dog here previously. Obviously management took the low road with a cheap carpet cleaner who used so much water that 5 weeks later wet spots still remained, and enough deodorizer that they smelled clean.
