The flowers are pretty, but very fragile. A couple of my pieces (boutonnieres) arrived damaged. When I asked for new pieces to be sent, they assured me I would be taken care of no problem. However, months later I had not received the boutonnieres. They insisted they sent them, but wouldn't provide me with any tracking info to check up on where they might have disappeared to, leading me to believe that they were never sent. Absolutely LOVED my florals from Evergreen Bride and got so many compliments! I did the Angelika DIY kits and it was so much fun for everyone to design their own bouquet. Instructions were easy and clear to follow and they all held up perfectly (even in the pouring rain)!
