Great customer, my appointment was scheduled for the next day but came here a whole day earlier and they loaded me. Office is through the gated fence door, ring the bell and wait for the door lock to turn green. Go inside and sign in and they will assign you a dock. Slide tandems all the way back, put chocks on each side and disconnect red airline.
Arrived early and loaded quick. Nice team and offer a restroom for drivers.
Forklift operator guy wasnt professional to his job. Lied to me that he will take 30 minutes to load but it took him 2:30 hrs. Other drivers checkin an hour later than me and they get done at earlier than me.
In and out in an hour
Check in 8am check out 3.15. Long wait because 3 pallets were not ready. So avoid it if you can
