If I could give them zero stars and still be included in a review I would. They are in bankruptcy. They are keeping my money - $125. Their therapists and staff are worthless. The front desk people are nasty. The accounting people are clueless. The therapists are inadequate. The physicians assistant/nurse practitioner (?) referred me to someone who couldn't be billed under Medicare. Thank goodness I finally left.
