Best exotic veterinarian with the most empathetic staff in the area. I adopted my veiled Chameleon (Suse) 3 years ago and they have been there for us whenever we needed help (twice). I highly recommend Evergreen to any who needs help. I am attaching a few photos of Suse below along with his taxidermied final display after passing (birth defect from poor breeding - adopted at petsmart)
We took Rio for standard blood work and gender testing. Rio has been in our care for about 2 weeks now and I suspected a serious hormone issue. The office listened to me, never once cut me off and agreed Rio had a really bad hormone surge. Rio got a hormone injection and is like a whole new bird. We joke that the office swapped birds. They also showed us how to hold Rio when doing nails and standard checks. The staff is amazing, kind and gentle.
Everyone here is so caring and patient. The tech (I forget her name, sorry!) was so energetic and kind to me and treated my bearded dragon Gizzard with so much love! I walked in there worried to bits and walked out feeling confident and informed. There is a reason that everybody in the south sound recommended this place online.
So, I'm changing it from 1 star to 4 because I got a call from Ms. Ally regarding this very situation. The owner apparently reviewed the cameras and was very apologetic, saying she would be dealing with this today. The fact that the owner takes this seriously and there was proof is deserving of the same honesty and upping it to 4 stars.
