My husband and I have brought our Chameleon to be seen at Evergreen Avian and Exotics a few times and every time they were over the top fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, caring, and kind.
Advertised as an Avian Hospital. We had a very poor experience with them. Communication is subpar and listening is not their speciality. Left with a decreased pet and if negative stars were available I would pick them. In addition not one “we are sorry for your loss”. However, constant “here’s everything we will charge for”.The avian support is small in the area, but highly recommend other options.

The care staff are excellent. The office part taking care of appointments and records is a little chaotic. Somehow our rabbits got placed under a different name and it took multiple calls and visits to figure it out and get them on the correct record. In the end it was the care staff that resolved the record issue.
Truly an amazing team. They are all amazing.
