Evergreen Auto is the worst place to get a car. I financed a car with 99,535 miles for $19,000, a bit high, but I needed a car quickly due to starting a new job in SL. After one year, my engine blew at 132,000 miles. They wouldn't replace the engine under warranty. They offered to replace it for $10,000, and I was still making payments. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Didn't pressure me to buy a car. This is the 4th time I bought from them.
This place is a disgrace. I bought a truck from them knowing the actuator to the transmission was bad. They said they would fix it. It took 2 weeks for them to schedule my appointment for a month after I bought it. a week before my appointment, the truck started going in and out of 4wd on its own. I brought it to the shop to ask if they would fix it on emergency and they immediately gave me a hard time. Then they treated me as if I was a problem for complaining. Brought my truck and we’re supposed to have the brakes done never happened $135 dollars to rotate the tires and change the oil I purchased the oil and the cab filter asked if the cab filter was change they said they didn’t want to break the glove compartment to get to it. Well, they did break the latch. And lied about it at first speaking to Ron he finally said they broke it and they will replace it. Long story short never happen was lied to be aware of these people.
