Sergio helped me out when I had auto problems in a long road trip. He communicated fast, helped us figure out the problems, and fixed everything quickly. I highly recommend contacting him!
If I could do negative stars I would! Communication was horrible, he was late coming out, took a look sounded legit, said he was getting parts from auto zone the next day and would be at my house early in the morning to replace parts. No response to texts, left on read and when I called him he told me to call back another day. Very disappointing but lesson learned!
BEST. MECHANIC. EVER! Seriously, he saved my whole trip. I was driving from Utah to northern Washington for a 10 day camping trip. This was day two and after driving 6 hrs toward my next campground, with 2 hours to go, my engine started rattling. It was almost 6 pm, everywhere was closed and I was pretty much middle of nowhere. I was leaving for a trip the following day and had a coolant leak. Sergio came late in the evening and worked late so that he could fix it in time for my trip. Really, appreciate his deep care, working late to be a huge blessing to my family and at a great price. Highly recommend, he is now my go-to in the Tri Cities area for mechanical work.
If you're on the side of the road right now, read this--On our way to a celebration of life, traveling from 3 hours away when my car broke down 10 mins from Kennewick. Called the first mechanic I saw with 5 stars. When I spoke with Sergio, I learned he was actually a "mobile" mechanic and could do a diagnostic at my hotel!! I asked what his hours were and he said he'll work it out, just call him when the car gets towed to my hotel.
