Muhammad and his team at Evergreen were refreshingly great to deal with. Professional and very reasonable with negotiation, in what I suspect is an area where they have to deal with some people who can be very unreasonable. After such a positive trade in - buying experience, I am glad that I went to Evergreen instead of elsewhere!
