This place has went downhill no activities for the residents no birthday celebration like promised keep having 95. Dollar raise in rent every year the management sits in the office fixing there nails or eating they close the office door at 5 pm but we are supposed to be open till 5:30 I would not move in here if I knew that this place would turn into a ghost town
I can't say enough about our Maintenance man Ruberth. I called him on a Sunday morning at 5:30 am and approximately 30 min later he was at my door with a huge smile and took care of my emergency in just a few minutes. He is truly knowledgeable and a pleasure to have around. He knows how important it is to be patient and kind to Seniors.
I was happy to move in. Really like the place, until new management took over.
Beautiful and Clean!! Very friendly residents and staff. Ms. Valencia is a God send, so professional and kind. She was very patient with me and we were able to solve my problem. Thank You, Young Lady!! The location is very convenient to many churches, grocery stores, urgent care facilities, Walmart, SAMS, it also appears pretty safe, a gated community!!
Ruberth, removed my broken ceiling fan and installed a new one in my living room very quickly and efficiently. His timing was a 10. His completed work was a 10. Ruberth, job well done ! Thanks so much,
