My mother lives at one of those Evergreen Properties. One weekend she had a water leak in her apartment and contacted management. Water was also leaking in the apartment directly below. The property "maintenance " man didn't even know where to shut the water off. To top it all off the asst."manager " threatened my 79 yr. old mother that she would be responsible for paying the plumber (who eventually showed up) to address the issue. I have been an Evergreen at Lewisville resident for four years and three months. The high quality of life we are enjoying presently at this facility, it is the best it has been since I moved in here in 2020. The difference maker is that new onsite Director who took over about 18 months ago. We love her. Frequently I will hear some random resident say - that they love her but they worry about her leaving. Hire and retain more top quality personnel like this onsite Director. I feel certain that is the best way to continue the ... read more
Went to see this place. It is so nice and well kept! Kudos to the maintenance staff and the housekeeping staff! Shout out to Keisha (<3), who provided a great smile and an awesome tour, and to Kellie for the big welcome as soon as I walked in. DeeErika was also great. Ran into some tenants who were just so sweet and kind, too. Highly recommend this place! I can't wait to apply when I am 55rys old! Countin' down the days!

I enjoy living at Evergreen Lewisville. The upkeep is falling behind. We were promised new furniture in the dining area the first of the year that did not happen. As tables break they are not replaced, so there is not adequate seating. The hall floors were started to be painted over a year ago, but never finished. The walls in the hallways are in dire need of paint, and repair. The residents are lovely, and they plan lots of activities. I do enjoy living here.
