Wonderful place to live. Neighborhood is nice and quite. Mike is very informative and helpful. Now here is the update to a new build house. Water has been off for 2 days and no help from the warranty people because my home is 3 months over there 1 year warranty. Has been leaking along time but didn't notice until now. Kitchen cabinet is ruined from absorbing all the water and the living room floor was flooded six feet out from the sink. All they did is ignore my calls and pictures sent to them. This is a great neighborhood very quiet easy access to 78 villa rica and Douglasville close to highway as well. Schools are good and 20 minutes away from University of West Georgia. Quality of my home has been excellent no complaints at all. Everything works perfectly. And Mike my community sales agent was absolutely amazing. Caring an agent that went above and beyond for all his clients. He was patient with me listened to detail. He needs to be training other agents that completely have no manners.
