The only reason this neighborhood is getting three stars is because of the people that live here and the location. If it wasn't for this it would receive a one star. The quality of these homes are terrible. We have been here for 6 months and have had way to many issues for a brand new house. HVAC not working for the first two months, plumbing issues in upstairs bathroom, all of the crown molding throughout the house is cracked, the siding above the front porch is cracked, and there is a knocking noise in our living room ever... read more
