This is a great neighborhood very quiet easy access to 78 villa rica and Douglasville close to highway as well. Schools are good and 20 minutes away from University of West Georgia. Quality of my home has been excellent no complaints at all. Everything works perfectly. And Mike my community sales agent was absolutely amazing. There is no lake. Just a bunch of mudpits that breed mosquitos. Cheaply built, overpriced boxes so close together you'll know what your neighbors are cooking for dinner. Do not buy these homes!!!
