We are currently residents here and have been here for over three years, we have been dealing with cockroaches coming from our kitchen sink and the walls for over two months. Every time we’ve tried to touch base to get an exterminator, they either haven’t showed up for the scheduled appointment or the leasing office has not confirmed whether or not they arrived. It’s extremely frustrating, we love living here, but we would really appreciate better communication and have the issue resolved.
A great place to stay, even for students. I spent my final year at UofM at this place and it has supported me through all times. The best thing about my unit was the heating system, which ran reliably even during the winter when temperatures dropped to negative Fahrenheit. The appliances are pretty old, which shoots up the DTE bill. Maintenance was very prompt, they would solve the issues on the following day, if not on the same day. I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment for one year (2025-2026), and I have several complaints. We submitted our letter of intent to move 3 separate times. The first two times I emailed it and was told they were invalid. I printed out the letter and gave it to Korey, the community manager, who said he'd send it to Xavier Dries. I lived here in Building 10-2 for a year then loved it so much my daughter joined me and we renewed our lease for a second year together, because of the amazing staff and management (Joe Humes) manager in my first year we signed again… I thought it was awesome and as time went on it only got BETTER, the New manager (Korey Brown-Murray) took the position and it just kept getting better… I want to personally thank each and every one of the employees for their hard work and dedication to service of the residents… I invited my N... read more
