I had the worst experience at this place. I’ve been going here for a long time for my dogs regardless of the fact that I live an hour and a half away out of loyalty. My dogs had an emergency and I was forced to take them to a vet near my house who honestly ended up not very professional. I am beyond upset with myself for trusting these people with my cats before reading the reviews of people who share similar experiences with the groomer specifically. i started bringing my long haired cats here sometime last year to be fully groomed/ shaved for the summer. More specifically, i have one cat in particular who has been to this place regularly as he mats very easily. Very disappointed with the service. I previously brought my cat here for grooming and the job was just okay, but I decided to give them another chance. I made a 10:00 AM appointment and waited all day, only to pick her up around 3:00 PM and be told they couldn’t groom her because she “scratches.” So exactly what is there job? They can’t handle a cat? My cat does not scratch, so I’m unsure how she was handled. The evergreen animal hospital has been so good to us. They’re are always warm and friendly and helpful. They’re were very welcoming
We came to get our senior cats tooth checked on. And the vet who looked at him was hardly listening to us and wouldn’t look at his tooth which is what we came in to have them look at. He suggested we take his lab tests and vitals, but wouldn’t suggest any course of action for the tooth that was actually hurting. In the end they gave us antibiotics but we still haven’t had any advice about what could be wrong with his tooth
