Great Staff!
The veterinarian is 90 years old at this point. He is extremely outdated in his practices and needs to retire. His staff is not trained to handle animals. If your pet isn't this fantastic little plaything they cannot handle it. Genuinely be better sending your pet off to the cemetery than walking into this clinic. You already know the clinic is going to be terrible if they have a wall of paper patient records
We’ve been bringing our Frenchie to board at Evergreen for the past 5-6 years. And for vaccines too. They are the best. All these years, we’ve never had any concerns or issues. Some of the previous staffs don’t work there anymore, but everyone at Evergreen is kind, helpful, professional & caring, especially Janel! She is always at the front desk with a smile, and she’s also helping everywhere. Janel is the best! I am beyond Baffled and disgusted of what happened today when I brought my cat in for an exam The very nice tech was handling and assisting the doctor. when I suggest a reason why my cat was still urinating blood, The tech, gently pet, my cat and said mhmm it could be. At that moment, the doctor got in her face and started pointing his finger in her face screaming at her no it’s not to be quiet to say nothing, that this is nun of her business. I had the worst experience at this place. I’ve been going here for a long time for my dogs regardless of the fact that I live an hour and a half away out of loyalty. My dogs had an emergency and I was forced to take them to a vet near my house who honestly ended up not very professional. When I called the explain the situation and make an appointment to drive over to Evergreen they said they understand and to bring my dogs in.
