My grandma recently died back in October 24 because this place didn’t clean their equipment and she developed a urinary infection.
I’m writing to express my deep concern and frustration with the level of care and overall condition of the facility where my grandfather currently resides. I’ve visited him several times, and with each visit, I become more upset by what I see and experience. For example, during one visit, he was served breakfast and asked for milk with it.
