I’m writing to express my deep concern and frustration with the level of care and overall condition of the facility where my grandfather currently resides. I’ve visited him several times, and with each visit, I become more upset by what I see and experience. For example, during one visit, he was served breakfast and asked for milk with it. I have had nothing but good help, good meals and making of good relationships.
My mom was very pleased with her care. everyone there was wonderful. she would go back if needed. her nurse brooke was fabulous! and all of them were!
