Christine and her team are fantastic, they do a great job, and are very professional.
The part owner/accountant Kristen Kimpling has been ignoring phone calls, voicemails, emails, and messages asking her to remove herself from my Business' quickbooks account. When she opened it for me she put herself (not me- the owner) as the Master Admin so it has been very difficult to remove her without her help. It's been over 2 years since I switched accountants and she has not followed through with countless requests.
