Sergei was very professional. The other managers were as well. It has a down home feel to it with his kids being there at 1:30pm and even people ahead of me in line. I didn't have to wait but a few minutes. Then I got to pick out the Michelin tires I wanted and they were replaced faster than you can say "Превосходство" (Pre-vos-HOD-stvo) Thank you guys!!! Keep up the good work!
