Resort living environment! New building manager very helpful 👍
I have lived here for more than 4 years, the building quality is still OK, the security and swimming pool facilities are also very advanced, relatively quiet, close to the shopping mall and train station, life is very convenient. The community has only 4 floors, I live in the middle layer, warm in winter and cool in summer, almost no air conditioning, feel particularly comfortable.
It is very disappointed as start-a manager keep saying they are here to help , but actually done nothing !
Build quality lacking, homes are mostly rented out and owned by international investors. Damp issues from roof leaks, and lack of ventilation that caused black mould, that was sadly perpetuated by lousy real estate (Ray White) who refused to acknowledge a leaking aircon, a collapsing roof and lifting floor boards. Avoid this place if you can. Apartments are constructed of cheap materials, and real estate will price gauge you for money where they can.
