Jose de Sousa is a consummate professional. I found Jose through Milton Talks reviews. Jose was quick to respond to my call and set up an appointment. Jose was punctual in arriving for appointment and resolved my problem quickly while informing me of what was going on every step of the way. I am extremely impressed with Jose’s knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and ability to put a customer at ease. I will only be calling Jose for all my plumbing needs from this point forward. I 100% endorse this man.
I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Jose. We found some mold but needed help identifying a leak. His name came up from multiple sources I trust - Milton Dads on FB, Reddit, and these reviews on Google. And there's a reason why - he's fantastic. Within ~6 hours of my original call, he swung by, diagnosed the problem, and found the source of the issue. This will be my first and only call for any plumbing related needs.
