Always on point
They provided reliable water testing for our facility for years. Then forgot to schedule us for last quarter. They emailed me on Sept. 27th and assured me they would get the testing done by Sept. 30. The tech arrived much later than he usually does and no one was on site to let him in the gate. They then waited nine days to re-inform me that they were no longer doing this type of sampling. Very unprofessional way to handle a long standing business relationship.
We have worked with Everglades Laboratories for quite some time now and they are truly an amazing company. It's not just the good data and quick turn around times, but it's the level of customer service. They understand true customer service which is something you don't find very often in this industry. I definitely recommend working with them if you are looking for a good lab.
