I ordered a lychee tree. It arrived very wilted and heat stressed. I gave it shade and watering but it never recovered. I reported this to customer service at 2 weeks after arrival as i had thought it would probably recover. Customize service refused to provide any help, claiming that i had waited too late to report a problem. Dead tree, no fun.
