I purchased a Cotton Candy Mango tree and I am definitely happy with my purchase. A few years ago, my lawn guy destroyed my previous mango tree and I’m just now replacing it. My purchase was very well cared for and packaged. The quality of the tree was excellent. I will be purchasing other trees in the future. Thanks Everglades Farm!
So I just received a 3 gallon Lakatan Banana Plant. Not only was it well packed but they had 3 plants in the pot. The mother (2-3 feet tall) and two pups (3-6 inches tall). They look super healthy and were shipped super fast. For being my first purchase with then I’m very pleasantly surprised. I’m definitely buying from them next time I want a tropical plants. Everglades Farm is my go to when it comes to fruit trees. They have the best selection and prices. Also, Lucy and Janet are knowledgeable and friendly. They will take you around in the golf cart and answer all your questions and give you honest recommendations. I have bought hass avocado, fig, passion fruit, limes and many other varieties.
I was given a personal tour of the property by the owner, Noah when I arrive first thing Monday morning. Noah and all his staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Their customer service and attention to details was so refreshing. I’ll definitely be visiting the nursery again for all my fruit tree needs.
Poor customer service. I ordered several plants from these individuals, and two trees arrived severely damaged from the shipping company. They would not help, did not replace items, and did not even try to offer me a discount on a future order. I sent them several emails and they kept telling me that I didn’t send clear photos and kept giving me the runaround. Bottom line, these people have poor customer service and don’t care about their customers. Don’t order from these people!
