I purchased a STIHL MS462CM 25” bar chainsaw total $1,395.14 additional $43.33 for two cycle oil and wood cutter bar oil. I was told that they don’t have the manual or the warranty card because they normally keep that in the store… I would have to go online and purchase one ,not acceptable to spend that kind of money leave out the store and not have a owners manual to a $1,395.14 saw ridiculous.
RecommendedI called this morning from Punta Gorda looking for a oil filter wrench for my John Deere lawnmower they said they had the item in stock so I drove from Punta Gorda to pick it up the part should’ve been about 10 bucks I got there and they said the Guy that answered the phone didn’t usually answer them and they didn’t have the part but they had a $50 oil filter wrench.since I drove all the way from Punta Gorda he gave me it for free I explained he didn’t have to do that but they insisted excellent customer service I wish I got... read more
