The guy in the parts department, Cutter? Or Carter? He was extremely helpful, and polite and professional. Spoke with him a couple of days before and told him when I would be there. He remembered me when I arrived. Extremely helpful removing the deck out of the box so that it would fit in my minivan. I'm printing out the manual for me as it had gotten wet in the plastic bag that was inside the box. Genuinely nice guy!
I recently visited this place to buy an UTV. The lady at the front desk was rude and would not even look at me. I asked for someone in sales and was told to come back later as they were at lunch. That lady is as rude as you can get. I left and few days later called over the phone and got s another lady in sales.
