We bought a hedge trimmer from Everglades and it quit working. I took it into the store and Vivian was quick to help me and is going to take care of it. She’s even going to take it to the repair center herself. She’s friendly and a true professional. I highly recommend you talk to her if you need something in the store

Great service from Gabe. Very knowledgeable and frendly. Had all the parts in stock that I needed. Clean store.
The guy in the parts department, Cutter? Or Carter? He was extremely helpful, and polite and professional. Spoke with him a couple of days before and told him when I would be there. He remembered me when I arrived. Extremely helpful removing the deck out of the box so that it would fit in my minivan. I'm printing out the manual for me as it had gotten wet in the plastic bag that was inside the box. Genuinely nice guy!
