Excellent, When I called, the lady I spoke with was friendly and confirmed that my Stihl MS271-CM was at their store. Upon arrival I was attended and spoke with John Harris. He was friendly, with great attitude, and guided me on the details of the chainsaw. Hohn made the experience good. The store is well equipped. I will certainly will shop at the Naples Everglades Equipment Group location and highly recommend it.
