I purchased a mower from them spending over 5k and was sold a maintenance plan. My understanding is that it would cover the oil change it did not it only covered pick up and delivery so that plan is not worth buying. I called to have my mower picked up they had it for 4 days during that time I can tell it was left outside in the rain as the machine is cover in mud. I also just filled the machine with gas and they drained all the gas out of it and then did not replace any of it so not only did I have to pay $200 to get the oi... read more
