I am very disappointed with this company. I bought a John Deere Z530M lawnmower on March 3, 2025, with a 4-year warranty or 300 hours of use. A week ago, the deck belt that moves the blade pulleys stretched. After 19.8 hours of use, it had this mechanical problem, and they refused to honor the warranty. They charged me $358.00 for the repair. Be careful when using this company.
