3 trips to Everglades John Deere in 6 months. 1.I needed a battery charger for my electric start Honda mower, both parts guys made me feel stupid and uncomfortable. Sold me a wrong part, when I came back to exchange, they both again tried to convince me it was a right part and that I was not using it correctly. 2. Needed carb rebuild kit, parts guy was very rude, looked down on me. 3.Needed genuine Honda engine oil, parts guy offered to help but again made me feel stupid and uncomfortable. I'll never buy from here again. They messed up another order & the parts guy was a complete A-hole! Absolutely NO help whatsoever and very rude.

Bad bad warranty, actually none at all you must pay $42.00 for then just to look if the problem isn't a warranty selected you guessed it you are -$42.00 just for looking, for an item on this case a edger with a $300 value and only a month old and it was purchased at the same store

Avoid this business like the plague. Sorry for the tacky cliché but avoid Landscape Supply (LS). I purchased a walk behind lawn mower from LS about a year ago that has a 3 year warranty. After a few uses it started to have a rough idle and apparently one of the throttle wires was crimped but it still ran. I brought it over to LS, when the self propelled motor stopped working. Landscape Supply has one of the worst customer service. They are all great until u make the payment. Then they will not know you. I ordered around 8 pallets of sod. At arrival 2 pallets were dead and broken. I informed them abt the sod immediately. Its been over 4 months and i have not been able to get a solution for this. They even went to the extent where they told me that i never bought sod from them. I showed at the store and then they changed story. Owner promised himself to help with issue. We bought a bunch of sod from Landscape Supply and had them install it. They put us on the schedule quickly and showed up when they said they would. The crew seems willing to do what it takes to make customers like us happy. Our lawn looks great with the new st. augustine grass. Landscape supply should be the first place you look for sod if you are near by.

Watch out of the quality of their grass and lack of customer service! I have purchased sod from Landscape Supply Co. over the last few years on several occassions. The first time, I just got one pallet of sod for my front yard and the quality was great, so I went there again for sod for my back yard. Big mistake. I bought 6 pallets and had it delivered.
