This John Deere dealer in Ft pierce is the worst place ,don’t ever let them touch your equipment,HAD A BEAUTIFUL JOHN DEERE ZERO TURN HAD THEM PICK IT UP UNDER WARRANTY ( 30 hours on it) THE SERVICE DEPT TOOK THE CARBURETOR APART,AND CHANGED MY DRIVE PULLEY AFTER I TOLD THEM NOT TO TOUCH IT JUST CHANGE THE BATTETY NOW ITS MAKING A TERRIBLE NOISE SOUND LIKR ITS READY TO BLOW UP ,BRAND NEE PERFECT MOWER WHEN THEN GOT IT

Not impressed with your customer service. I chose family owned/ local stores first before I go to big box stores. A guessed a price on a product as I was in the middle of stating what my budget is. I received a very condescending response as if I couldn't afford the product. Then a very pushy statement about what else I must purchase for the jobs objective. As I didn't need the upsell at all..Very rude. Passive aggressive. I'll take the advice of the review below. Go to Vero.
The staff was very informative and helpful for our John Deere tractor. I wish I remembered the guy’s name gave us some suggestions too about the spindle rod and etc. We may go back down to Fort Pierce just to visit that store and we’ll go there when we decide to buy another tractor.
