The staff was very informative and helpful for our John Deere tractor. I wish I remembered the guy’s name gave us some suggestions too about the spindle rod and etc. We may go back down to Fort Pierce just to visit that store and we’ll go there when we decide to buy another tractor.
This review is for Ms. Linda. I called a few weeks ago with what I thought was a bit of a strange request that I was unsure if they could fulfill. I needed a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin for my grandfathers old gator that he bought from their location before it was everglades equipment group back when it was berggren equipment company. I visited the Fort Pierce location in person to inquire about some used mowers. While there were a few options available, I was told they were at another location. The representative advised me to call and request for the mowers to be transferred to Fort Pierce. I had my administrative team follow up, but the salesperson we spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional. Listen all I can say is thanks to Wade in sales , Shelly in service , ellie in parts , and the rest of the team at everglades there is no way I could have such a quick expansion of my business I bought 6 zero turns in a few months and they helped every step of the way, if I need a part I can text , if I have a issue with the machine Shelly addresses it quickly and helps my team get back to work.
