This place has by far the worst customer service you can find. Many of their products are cheap garbage and inherently defective. If you have an issue they avoid you and refuse to stand behind what they sell. Their product manager "Lloyd" shouldn't have any position in any company. He is clueless and pretty much incompetent and inept at what he does. Avoid this place at any cost. There are other very good plumbing suppliers to work with.
If you a plumber looking to buy on the spot, dont go there, you need to order ahead of time
There’s plenty of plumbing companies out there, but if you ask a simple question on a product that you’re looking to order, they actually give you the time of day and try to look into the issue this company waves you off. Refuses to answer any information even if you’re looking to try a special order items to a supply house. What a bummer. Do yourself a favor look for a different company as Customer Support is not something they specialize in here
