If you want a no frills, not cheesy, welcoming, incredibly challenging and diverse workout this is the place for you. Chris built a community of strong, loyal and kind ppl at Everfit where he makes a concerted effort to get to know everyone new or OG. This is no joke a gem of a gym that’s a rare find in Contra Costa area
I absolutely love the 5:30am classes at EverfitMotion! The space is incredible, and the energy in the room is so uplifting everyone gives their best in such a friendly and fun environment. Chris is always checking in and making sure we’re doing okay, which makes all the difference. It’s exactly the kind of support and atmosphere I had been looking for for a long time!

Best gym in the Bay! I can't recommend Everfit and the crew more!!! The team and the other members are your biggest cheerleaders and are there to support one another. The workouts are killer, the playlists are on point, and the vibes are immaculate! Chris pushes you when he knows you have more in the tank, and cheers you on when he knows you're giving it your all. There's no better way to start the day!
