One of the best workouts I’ve had in years. The balance between cardio and strength is nearly perfect, and the movements are thoughtfully designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. The class moves at a fast pace, but it’s very approachable since each workout offers both regressions and progressions, making it accessible no matter where you’re starting from. On top of that, the community is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend!

If you want a no frills, not cheesy, welcoming, incredibly challenging and diverse workout this is the place for you. Chris built a community of strong, loyal and kind ppl at Everfit where he makes a concerted effort to get to know everyone new or OG. This is no joke a gem of a gym that’s a rare find in Contra Costa area
I absolutely love the 5:30am classes at EverfitMotion! The space is incredible, and the energy in the room is so uplifting everyone gives their best in such a friendly and fun environment. Chris is always checking in and making sure we’re doing okay, which makes all the difference. It’s exactly the kind of support and atmosphere I had been looking for for a long time!
